We use Trello to first of all organize leads by country, which gives us a visual and accessible overview of our entire client landscape and where they are from.

Within each country board, we create cards for individual leads, providing a snapshot of their current status. Each card includes key details such as active ad campaigns, website information, and communication history. This systematic approach ensures that no important details are overlooked, streamlining our lead management process.

The ability to leave comments on each lead card creates quick communication and updates, ensuring that Jakob and I is on the same page. Trello's user-friendly interface makes it easy for us to navigate through our extensive client database, providing a comprehensive view of our interactions and progress.


Todoist: Prioritizing Tasks for Maximum Productivity

Enter Todoist, our go-to task management app that is amazing to prioritiz in and for executing our daily responsibilities. With the ability to categorize tasks from priority 1 to 4, Todoist helps us focus on the most critical activities first.

Each night before the upcoming day, I make a comprehensive to-do list, assigning priority levels to each task based on urgency and importance. (I of course add tasks a long the week when i think about them). This systematic approach ensures that crucial assignments are completed promptly, maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves.
